The monoclonal antibody is directed against the HLA-DR-antigen of human B lymphocytes The antibody reacts with the cells of the monocytic lineage, with myeloblasts and promyelocytes and the cells of B lymphocyte lineage. Polymorphonuclear leukocytes and platelets are found negative.
