Also, it is can protect cells bearing TRAIL R1 and/or TRAIL R2 from TRAIL-mediated apoptosis. Recombinant human TNFRSF10D, fused to hIgG-His-tag at C-terminus, was expressed in insect cell and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques. |
