| Description | Syk Polyclonal Antibody. SYK, a protein tyrosine kinase (PTK) is expressed in immature T cells, all B cells, basophils, hepatocytes, platelets, and erythrocytes. It functions in some T cell receptor signaling processes in addition to B cell receptor and integrin-mediated signal transduction processes. SYK-/SYK- mice exhibit defective phagocytosis by macrophages. |
