IHC for this antibody been tested in the following condition with good results: 1) Fixation: 4% PFA Fixation at 4 degree Overnight 2) Antigen Retrieval: 20ug/ml proteinase K (room temperature 15-25 min) 3) Primary antibody: 1:50-200 (after re-dissolving the antibody in 500ul PBS) 4 degree overnight or room temperature (if signal is weak). Immunohistochemistry-Frozen was reported in scientific literature. |
