| Description | Rabbit polyclonal antibody to ITPA. The protein belongs to the HAM1 NTPase protein family, and it is found in the cytoplasm and acts as a homodimer. ITPA is an inosine triphosphate pyrophosphohydrolase, and hydrolyzes inosine triphosphate and deoxyinosine triphosphate to the monophosphate nucleotide and diphosphate. Mutations in ITPA can result in inosine triphosphate pyrophosphorylase deficiency. |
