This PKM1 antibody is useful for IHC-paraffin embedded sections and Western blot. In Western blot a band is seen 57 kDa in human and mouse skeletal muscle, brain and heart. In IHC-P, staining was observed in the cytoplasm of human breast cancer tissue. Prior to immunostaining paraffin tissues, antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) is recommended. Use in Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence reported in multiple pieces scientific literature. In Simple Western only 10 - 15 uL of the recommended dilution is used per data point.
