| Description | Anti-EGFR-doxorubicin ADC. This Antibody-Drug Conjugate (ADC) product is comprised of an anti-EGFR monoclonal antibody conjugated via a linker to a doxorubicin. The doxorubicin is targeted to certain cancers by immunerecognition and delivered into cancer cells via receptor mediated endocytosis. Within the cell, doxorubicin binds to DNA, causes DNA damage. |
