Product Name | WM9 Non-Viable Cell Pellet (Bulk) |
Description | Non-viable cell pellet was generated from cell line WM9. WM9 is a human metastatic melanoma cell line that was established from a metastatic site (left axillary node) in a male patient. This cell line features the V600E (Val600Glu) mutation at codon 600 in the BRAF gene. This mutation causes constitutively active kinase activity and activation of MEK and ERK signaling pathway. This cell line also expresses PTEN hemizygous deletion, and is wild type for N-RAS, c-KIT, and CDK4. WM9 cells produce xenograft tumors when injected into immunocompromised mice. |
