| Description | Mouse Anti-Human Histone H3 (di Methyl Lys79) Monoclonal IgG1. Detects endogenous Histone H3 (di methyl K79) protein. A 1:2000 dilution of SMC-250 was sufficient for detection of Histone H3 in 10 µg of Human HeLa cell lysates by ECL immunoblot analysis using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody. |
