| Description | Rabbit Anti- DYKDDDDK Tag Polyclonal. Binds to DYKDDDDK (FLAG tag) conjugated proteins. Recongizes the same epitope as Sigma's Anti-FLAG® antibodies. A 1:1000 dilution of SPC-720 was sufficient for detection of DYKDDDDK Tag in 15 µg of DYKDDDDK (FLAG) Positive Control Lysate cell lysates by ECL immunoblot analysis using goat anti-rabbit IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody. |
