| Description | Mouse Anti-Human Ankyrin (pan) Monoclonal IgG1. Detects ~200kDa. Cross-reacts with Ankyrin-B and Ankyrin-G. A 1:100 dilution of SMC-488 was sufficient for detection of Ankyrin (pan) in 20 µg of mouse brain lysate by ECL immunoblot analysis using Goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody. |
