| Description | Rabbit Anti-Human Smad2 Polyclonal. Detects ~58kDa, endogenous levels of total Smad2. A 1:1000 dilution of SPC-1284 was sufficient for detection of Smad2 in 10 µg of Hek293 cell lysates by ECL immunoblot analysis using Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody. |
