| Description | Rabbit Anti-Human Tau (pSer396) Polyclonal. Detects endogenous levels of Tau only when phosphorylated at serine 396 (pSer396). A 1:500 dilution of SPC-1436 was sufficient for detection of Tau (pSer396) in 10 µg of mouse brain cell lysates by ECL immunoblot analysis using goat anti-rabbit as the secondary antibody. |
