| Product Name | PFKM, 1-780aa, Human, His tag, E.coli |
| Description | Purity: > 80% by SDS - PAGE Format: Liquid. In 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0) containing 5mM DTT, 0.2 M NaCl, and 20% glycerol . PFKM is regulatory glycolytic enzymes that convert fructose 6-phosphate and ATP into fructose 1,6-bisphosphate (through PFK-1), fructose 2,6-bisphosphate (through PFK-2) and ADP. Three phosphofructokinase isozymes exist in humans: muscle, liver and platelet. Mutations in this gene have been associated with glycogen storage disease type VII, also known as Tarui disease. Recombinant human PFKM protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques. |
