| Description | Goat polyclonal to IgG, IgA, IgM. The reactivity of the antiserum is directed to the Fc and Fab subunits of the major immuno- globulins. It does not react with any non-Ig protein in chicken serum, as tested by immuno- electrophoresis and double radial immunodiffusion. Immunoaffinity adsorbed using insolubilized antigens as required to eliminate antibody activity with other serum protein. The use of insolubilized adsorption antigens prevents the presence of excess adsorbent protein or immune complexes in the antiserum. |
