After collection of the CD19+ cells, downstream applications include functional assays, gene expression, phenotypic characterization, etc. Application Notes:Used for the positive selection of CD19+ B cells from lymphoid tissues. Only one separation in the magnet is needed, instead of the three separations indicated in the regular Positive Selection Protocol. |
