| Applications | Peptide ELISA. WB: Has been described in a scientific literature and it has been successful usage on human islets and pancreatic insulinoma INS-1 and MIN6 cells . Preliminary experiments gave an approx. 39 kDa band in human brain (cerebellum) lysates after 0.5 ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 65.1 kDa band according to NP_060244.2. The 39 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. |
