| Description | Mouse Anti-β-O-Linked N-Acetylglucosamine Monoclonal IgM. Specific for β-O-Linked N-Acetylglucosamine modified proteins. Does not cross-react with N-Acetylgalactosamine, Glucose, or Galactose modified proteins. A 1:1000 dilution of SMC-502 was sufficient for detection of O-GlcNAc in 2 µg of O-GlcNAc conjugated to BSA by ECL immunoblot analysis using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary Antibody. |
