| Description | Rabbit Anti-Human LGR5 Polyclonal. Detects 97 kDa. Band at ~97 kDa in isoform 2. Band at ~70 kDa is a degradation product. A 1:1000 dilution of SPC-745 was sufficient for detection of HSP90 alpha/beta in 10 µg of human HeLa cell lysates by ECL immunoblot analysis using goat anti-llama IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody. |
