Targeting ML-IAP is a promising approach to treating melanoma. Livin7 peptide has the highest affinity to HLA-A24. Livin/ML-IAP interacts with downstream caspases, such as caspase-3, caspase-7, and caspase-9, leading to their inactivation and degradation. |
