| Description | Rabbit Anti-Human TCF7 Polyclonal. Detects 42 kDa, additional band at ~54 kDa is another isoform. A 1:1000 dilution of SPC-724 was sufficient for detection of TCF7 in 15 µg of human HeLa cell lysates by ECL immunoblot analysis using goat anti-rabbit IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody. |
