| Description | Anti-TACSTD2 (hRS7)-CL2E-SN-38 ADC. This Antibody-Drug Conjugate (ADC) product is comprised of an anti-TACSTD2 monoclonal antibody (hRS7) conjugated via a CL2E linker to SN-38 . The SN-38 is targeted to certain cancers by immunerecognition and delivered into cancer cells via receptor mediated endocytosis. Within the cell, SN-38 binds to DNA, causes DNA damage. |
