| Description | Keyhole limpet hemocyanin (KLH) is a high molecular-weight and copper-containing protein. It is found in the hemolymph of sea mollusk Megathura crenulata. The KLH protein is potently immunogenic yet safe in human and is therefore extensively used as a carrier protein in the production of antibodies for research as well as in other biotechnology and therapeutic applications. |
