| Description | NIK Polyclonal Antibody. NIK (NF-kB-inducing Kinase) expression leads to IkB kinase activation and induces nuclear translocation of NF-kB. It is involved in regulation of apoptosis, tumorigenesis, inflammation and various autoimmune diseases. In PC12 cells it induces differentiation and prevents apoptosis. |
