Preferentially inhibits step 2 of the ligation reaction, and inhibits base excision repair (BER) and non-homologous end joining (NHEJ). Specifically sensitizes cancer cells to DNA damage and increases the cytotoxicity of DNA-damaging agents. MW (observed): 246.29. |
