In ICC/IF, membrane staining is observed in A431 cells. In IHC-P, membrane and cytoplasmic staining is seen in mouse epidermis tissue. Prior to immunostaining paraffin tissues, antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) is recommended. |
