| Applications | Western Blot, Peptide ELISA. This antibody can be used for ELISA and Western Blot. In Western Blot, Preliminary experiments gave an approx 25kDa band in HeLa lysates after 1ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the predicted size of 75kDa according to NP_031374. The 25 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. Not tested in other applications. Recommended Starting Dilution:* ELISA (peptide): 1:16,000 WB: 1ug/ml *Optimal dilutions should be determined by the end user. |
