| Description | Rabbit Anti-Human TGF beta 1 Polyclonal. Detects ~45kDa, endogenous levels of total TGF β1 protein. A 1:1000 dilution of SPC-1312 was sufficient for detection of TGF beta 1 in 10 µg of HepG2 cell lysates by ECL immunoblot analysis using Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody. |
