| Description | Rabbit Anti-Human THRB Polyclonal. Detects ~42kDa, endogenous levels of total Thyroid Hormone Receptor β protein. A 1:1000 dilution of SPC-1314 was sufficient for detection of THRB in 10 µg of LOVO cell lysates by ECL immunoblot analysis using Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody. |
