| Description | This Coagulation Factor XII (FXII) BioAssay™ ELISA Kit is a sandwich ELISA for in vitro quantitative measurement of FXII in mouse serum, plasma and other biological fluids. Detection Range: 0.16-10ng/ml Sensitivity: 0.10ng/ml Precision: Intra-Assay %CV: <10% Inter-Assay %CV: <10% Specificity: Recognizes mouse FXII. No significant crossreactivity or interference between mouse FXII and analogues was observed. Test Principle: The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to mouse FXII. Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells and incubated. Then a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to FXII is added. Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. Free components are washed away.
