Band Concentration: 0.5ug of DNA Ladder Mix contains: a) 25ng (5.0%) for 75- 400, 700 and 1000 bp bands b) 75ng (15%) for 500, 5000 bp band c) 80ng (16%) for 1500 bp band d) 20ng (4.0%) for 2000-4000, 7000-20000 bp bands 6X Loading Dye Solution L3350-01: (Included) Supplied as a liquid in 10mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.6, 0.03% bromophenol blue, 0.03% xylene cyanol FF, 0.15% orange G, 60mM EDTA, 60% glycerol. Quality Control: Well-defined bands are formed during agarose gel electrophoresis. The absence of nucleases is confirmed by a direct nuclease activity assay. |
