For precise mass determination with a densitometer, stain gel after electrophoresis using 0.5ug/ml ethidium bromide for 30-40 minutes. *Note: This ladder was standardized using 10ul of DNA per lane on a 0.8cm thick, 13x15cm, 1% agarose gel rrun in TAE buffer. |
