| Description | DNA Marker Ladder Mix, 21 Fragments (100-10000bp), Ready to Use, BioAssay™ The ladder is composed of 21 chromatographically purified DNA fragments (in base pairs): 10000, 8000, 6000, 5000, 4000, 3500, 3000, 2500, 2000, 1500, 1200, 1000, 900, 800, 700, 600, 500, 400, 300, 200, 100. The bright bands at 3000, 1000, and 500 bp serve as reference bands. Band Concentration: 0.5ug of DNA Ladder Mix contains: a) 60ng (12.0%) for each of the 500, 1000 and 3,000bp reference fragments. b) 20ng (4.0%) for 100-400 bp bands c) 17ng (3.4%) for 600-900 bp bands d) 16ng (3.2%) for 1200-2600 bp bands e) 18ng (3.6%) for 3500-10,000 bp bands.
