COMMD9 is a 198 amino acid ubiquitously expressed protein that contains one COMM domain and may be involved in signaling events throughout the cell. Recombinant human COMMD9 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques. |
