| Description | Purity: > 85% by SDS - PAGE Format: Liquid. In 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0) containing 0.15M NaCl, 10% glycerol, 1mM DTT . TIPIN belongs to the CSM3 family. This protein is required for normal progression of S-phase and important for cell survival after DNA damage or replication stress. TIPIN may be specifically required for the ATR-CHEK1 pathway in the replication checkpoint induced by hydroxyurea or ultraviolet light. Recombinant human TIPIN, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques. |
