| Description | The OxiSelect Nitrosative DNA/RNA Damage ELISA kit is a competitive ELISA for the quantitative measurement of 8-nitroguanine (8-NO2-Gua). The unknown 8-NO2-Gua samples or 8-NO2-Gua standards are first added to an 8-NO2-Gua-BSA conjugate preabsorbed microplate. After a brief incubation, an anti-8-NO2-Gua monoclonal antibody is added, followed by an HRP conjugated secondary antibody.
