| Description | Mouse Anti-PTPRC Monoclnal Antibody (5). Provided herein is a mouse monoclonal antibody against Human PTPRC. The antibody, clone 5, can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as ELISA. Protein tyrosine phosphatase, receptor type C (PTPRC) is a member of the protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) family. PTPRC contains an extracellular domain, a single transmembrane segment and two tandem intracytoplasmic catalytic domains, and thus is classified as a receptor type PTP.
