| Description | GSK3 beta (12E8) Monoclonal Antibody. • Target Background: Glycogen synthase kinase-3β (GSK-3β) is a cytoplasmic serine/threonine protein kinase, which was initially identified as the kinase that phosphorylates glycogen synthase to inhibit glycogen synthesis. GSK3 βis a ubiquitously expressed kinase that regulates a wide variety of cellular functions including metabolism, gene expression and cytoskeletal integrity.
