Thee prepared Substrate buffer can be stored at 4°C for 2 weeks. Reagent 3, Liquid, 3 mLx1 vial Preparation of Chromogenic agent application solution: Dilute the stock solution with normal saline at 1:9. Prepare the needed amount.
