Product Name | CRIPTO, Recombinant, Human |
Description | Purity ~95% (SDS-PAGE). TDGF1 is an extracellular, membrane-bound signaling protein that is involved in embryonic development and tumor growth. Mutations in TDGF1 are associated with forebrain defects TDGF1 takes part in the determination of the epiblastic cells that later provide growth to the mesoderm. TDGF1 Human Recombinant produced in HEK-293 cells is a single, glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 139aa with a molecular weight of 17.8kD though on SDS-PAGE migrates at about 25kD due to the glycosylation. The TDGF1 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Source: Recombinant corresponding to human TDGF1 expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~25kD Biological Activity: In a functional ELISA, immobilized recombinant human Activin RIB/Fc chimera receptor (0.2ug/ml) will bind TDGF1 with linear range of 0.8-100ng/ml.
