| Description | Rabbit polyclonal antibody to C22orf32, which is also known as DDDD and EMRW. DDDD is a protein frequently found in mitochondria and the nucleus. It is expressed in lymph nodes and highly expressed in nasal epithelium. It could play an extensive role in regulating the uniplex complex response to intracellular calcium signaling. EMRW is an essential regulatory subunit of the mitochondrial calcium uniporter complex (uniplex), which mediates calcium uptake into mitochondria. |
