| Description | Rabbit Anti-Human PIGR polyclonal antibody for WB, IHC. Polymeric immunoglobulin receptor (PIgR or Poly-Ig receptor), also known as, Hepatocellular carcinoma-associated protein TB6, and encoded by the gene name, PIGR, is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily. PIGR binds polymeric immunoglobulin molecules at the basolateral surface of epithelial cells; the complex is then transported across the cell to be secreted at the apical surface. |
