| Description | IBA1 Antibody (3HCLC), ABfinity™ Rabbit Oligoclonal. IBA1 (AIF1) is an actin-binding protein that enhances membrane ruffling and RAC activation. It also enchances the actin-bundling activity of LCP1. IBA1 also binds calcium. It plays a role in RAC signaling and in phagocytosis. IBA1 promotes the proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells and t-lymphocytes. It enhances lymphocyte migration. IBA plays a role in vascular inflammation. IBA1 is commonly used as a marker for microglia. |
