| Description | Rabbit polyclonal antibody to c-Fos which is also known as cellular oncogene fos whose expression can be detected in the quiescent cells but it is significantly expressive in stimulated cells. It is found in the nucleus. It can perform functions like positive regulation of pri-miRNA transcription from RNA polymerase II promoter and transcription factor binding. It plays a role in signal transduction, cell proliferation and differentiation. In growing cells, it activates phospholipid synthesis, possibly by activating CDS 1 and PI4K2A. |
