| Description | Rabbit Anti-Human Twist Polyclonal. Detects ~21kDa, endogenous levels of total Twist1 protein. A 1:1000 dilution of SPC-1336 was sufficient for detection of Twist in 10 µg of mouse muscle cell lysates by ECL immunoblot analysis using Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody. |
