| Description | Rabbit Anti-Human Tyrosine Hydroxylase Polyclonal. Detects ~60kDa, endogenous levels of total Tyrosine Hydroxylase protein. A 1:1000 dilution of SPC-1337 was sufficient for detection of Tyrosine Hydroxylase in 10 µg of 3T3 cell lysates by ECL immunoblot analysis using Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody. |
