In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, rm TNFRSF1B/Fc monomer migrates as an approximately 65 kDa band due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain of mouse TNFRSF1B (NP_035740.2) (Met 1-Gly 258) was fused with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus. |
