| Description | CD103 Monoclonal Antibody (OX-62). CD103, or Integrin alpha-E2, was originally identified on rat veiled dendritic cells, and is expressed by dendritic epidermal T cells in the skin, intraepithelial lymphocytes in the small intestine and by dendritic cells associated with gamma/delta T cells. Integrins are a family of heterodimeric proteins which contain non-covalently associated alpha and beta transmembrane glycoproteins. Integrins function as receptors for extracellular matrix and cell-cell adhesion molecules. |
