| Description | Cullin 4B Polyclonal Antibody. This gene is a member of the cullin family. The encodedprotein forms a complex that functions as an E3 ubiquitin ligaseand catalyzes the polyubiquitination of specific protein substratesin the cell. The protein interacts with a ring finger protein, andis required for the proteolysis of several regulators of DNAreplication including chromatin licensing and DNA replicationfactor 1 and cyclin E. Multiple transcript variants encodingdifferent isoforms have been found for this gene. |
