| Description | Human IgG (H&L) Magnetic ParticlesWHM-S082Absolute Mag™ Anti-Human IgG (H&L) Magnetic Particles, Smooth Surface, 4.0-5.0 µm (# WHM-S082) have a thick layer of polymer coating with covalently coupled goat anti-human IgG (H&L) antibody on the surface of the beads. No exposed iron oxide on the surface of the beads makes them beneficial in applications where exposed iron oxide causes undesirable interferences. These particles are paramagnetic in nature and perform rapid magnetic responsiveness. Application Notes:• Ideal for the capture and/or detection of target analytes by direct or indirect isolation during immunomagnetic separation.• Improves the performance of ELISAs by enhancing sensitivity and shortening incubation times. |
